Rhinoplasty Case #2019

Open Approach

17 year old female who suffered a soccer injury to the nose 4 years ago.  This resulted in a deviated nose to the right and nasal fracture with a subsequent closed reduction of the fracture at that time. 

Open primary rhinoplasty with open septoplasty, repair of nasal valve, and bilateral turbinoplasty.

4 months later she has improved nasal breathing.  Her profile and symmetry are also improved.
