Rhinoplasty Case #2004

Open Approach

18 year old male with lifelong history of left greater than right nasal obstruction and collapsing of his nostril on inspiration, dorsal hump, deviation of his nose to the left, septal deviation, nostril size asymmetry, short nose.

Open Structure Rhinoplasty with nasal septal cartilage grafting: spreader grafts, caudal septal extension graft, soft tissue onlay, and dome sutures.

6 months later he has improved nasal breathing without nostril collapse. His profile and symmetry are also improved.
